Recipe - Marinate 500 gms of mutton white salt, turmeric and a little jeera powder. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker. Add 1/2 tsp jeera, 5-7 curry leaves, 2 finely chopped onions. Fry until pink. Add 2-3 tsp of Sriram's amazing Andhra Mutton spice mix. Mix well. Now add the mutton, 2 cups water to cook and salt to taste. Cook for 6 whistles. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.

Recipe - Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1 cup of milk to make a paste. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add capsicum and fry for 2 mins on high flame. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 mins. Add spice mix paste and fry till oil separates. Add paneer and 1 cup water and cook till gravy thickens. Garnish and serve hot with phulka or naan.
